SPIRAL is operating in the Twin Cities metro area for in-person doula support, transportation, and aftercare kit delivery. Virtual doula support is available in all of MN.

How to Get Assistance

Please complete the Support Request Form to discuss your options with SPIRAL. You can also make a support request by calling or sending an email. SPIRAL will follow-up within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the request.
