How to Get Assistance
Abortion appointment required for assistanceAfter you make an appointment with one of Cobalt Abortion Fund's partner clinics, please submit an intake form at this link: https://cobaltaf.org/get-support/. One of Cobalt Abortion Fund's intake staff will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours, longer on weekends, to discuss funding.
If you are not a patient with one of the Cobalt Abortion Fund's partner clinics, let them know who your provider is to see if the Cobalt Fund can help offset the cost of your abortion.
